Rain Rain Rain

From the moment I landed in the Sunshine State, I was so disoriented! One would expect to see some sun, yes? But no, for the first week I was there, I barely caught a glimpse of the illusive Day star, instead I saw lots of thick, bubbly clouds. In addition to clouds, when we went to visit my sister's inlaw's , we ran into torrents of rain



As you can see, my sister's inlaws had a lovely lake growing in their back yard. ^

And it was aided in it's growth by even more rain...

Travel

West coast girl, going to midwest, then back to the West coast, before hopping over to the east. I've been, and am going to be, all over the next while.

First off I went to one of my friend's wedding in California (sorry, no pictures) and stayed long enough for another friend's birthday.

My friend who I stayed with while I was back in CA on her birthday!













On the plane from California to Florida, I got out my camera and became picture happy... much to the chagrin of my dad and the other people on the plane (though I did have the flash off for most of the pictures.)
